About the class

Whether you are a beginner or advanced or any background in martial arts we welcome you to our dojo. Classes are designed on a MMA self-defence method – to suit everyone. 

Our mission for adults and teens is to deliver effective physical workouts that will enhance fitness, teach self-defence, and inspire a state of mental strength and energy.

Classes designed to learn useful self-defense techniques – expanded in depth for a greater outcome.  If you want to keep fit, learn how to defend yourself better, or go through grading – then this is a class for you. Some advance kids may be present.

Fees

You can attend  2 trial classes  before you decide to join us.  Fee for trial is –  £26  walid for 2 week.

➮  Fee per class if you (psyg) is –  £13.00

➮  Fee per class if you pay per (term) is –  £10.00


>  Paying per term is based on 2 classes per week

>  The maximum length of our term is 8 weeks

>  For gym members the class is (half-price) after trial. Offered to you by the (gym) Porchester Centre


What else do I need?

After trial classes you will need to sign-up and will need the following below. Which you can purchase from us or elsewhere except for the karate license costing - £80.
  Karate gloves 

  Karate suit 

  Karate license

Booking your class

☞  Classes must be booked by Wednesday for the weekend in order to be allowed training. Booking only for the current week 

  Classes to be paid via online only  (request bank details - via text)

 Text us to let know that your have booked


 Attending your 1st class

  Please attend in sports clothing - Joggings and a t-shirt (no shorts)

  Bring water

  Don't attend if you're feeling unwell or have had Covid-19 for the past 7 days

 Make sure you are physically and mentally fit to take part in the class
